In an effort to promote a healthy America, we repurpose dilapidated structures in low to moderate income communities. We then take these fully renovated structures and make them available for community members. This maneuver bridges the responsibility gap needed for true economic change.

We grow the community by providing services and employment opportunities specific to the needs of the area. Restoring the neighborhood to its once proud heritage requires a systematic approach to eliminate the blight through the reconstruction of abandoned structures and the demolition of those that are economically unfeasible to renovate.  Instilling pride within the members of the community is the key component to maintaining impactful momentum for years to come.

We seek to enact a system that empowers our target demographic by engaging with our audience surrounding what services they wish to see within a 10 mile radius.
